RCTC Coachella Valley Rail Tier II
The project is looking to advance engineering design to the 30% level for the Coachella Valley Rail Corridor Service Program, which will establish intercity passenger rail service between Los Angeles Union Station and the City of Coachella. Building on the previously completed Tier 1 FEIS/EIR and Record of Decision, the selected consultant will conduct detailed CEQA and NEPA analyses, technical studies, preliminary engineering, station feasibility evaluations, and extensive public and stakeholder outreach—particularly along the Eastern Section from Colton to Coachella. Our role is to deliver comprehensive environmental documentation, coordinate with federal and state agencies (including FRA and Caltrans), engage local jurisdictions and Tribal governments, and develop conceptual engineering plans and cost estimates that support environmental clearance and position the project for final design and construction.

City of LADWP Headworks Restoration Phase IV
The project will transform the roof of the Headworks Reservoir West into a 9-acre passive-use public park. Building on an existing 30% design, the selected team will advance the project to fully stamped “For Construction” drawings and coordinate closely with LADWP, regulatory agencies (DDW and DSOD), and the CMAR contractor to deliver a safe, maintainable, and cost-effective park atop an active potable water reservoir. We will support LADWP throughout the design and construction phases by developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach strategy that ensures meaningful engagement with community stakeholders, neighborhood councils, the LA River Implementation Task Force, Griffith Park Advisory Board, local businesses, residents, and City leadership.
