CA Housing & Community Development
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) aims to support eligible applicants in designing, applying for, and implementing HCD-funded housing and community development projects. The purpose is to expand access to funding for historically underserved entities—such as tribal governments, rural jurisdictions, and community-based organizations—and to ensure equitable distribution of resources across California. The scope of work includes one-on-one technical assistance, application and project implementation support, creation of tools and templates, group trainings, and coordination across TA efforts, with services required statewide and delivered remotely.

City of Chino Pine Ave. Bridge
The City of Chino has proposed the Pine Avenue Connector/Bridge Project as a key element of the City of Chino General Plan Circulation Element to enhance mobility and safety. The project will provide the sorely needed connection between SR-71 and Euclid Avenue, which will create a complete east-west transportation corridor to Ontario, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley and the Interstate 15. This Project will facilitate the movement of goods and people through the region, decrease transportation costs, and improve access for a growing population in the region.

SGVCOG Bus Rapid Transit Corridor Improvements Project - Segment 5 (Valley Blvd.)
The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG), in partnership with Metro and local jurisdictions, is advancing the San Gabriel Valley Bus Corridor Transit Improvements Project. The project will deliver new Bus Priority Lanes (BPLs), upgraded transit stops, and signal improvements to enhance mobility across key corridors in the region. Segment 5 focuses on approximately 6.6 miles of improvements along Valley Boulevard and Santa Anita Avenue. The work includes converting curbside lanes on Valley Boulevard to BPLs between San Angelo Avenue and Proctor Avenue, with buses operating in mixed-flow lanes elsewhere. On Santa Anita Avenue, buses will operate in mixed-flow lanes from Valley Boulevard to the El Monte Transit Center.
