The results are in! Thank you t everyone who completed their Insights Discovery Assessment. Now it’s time to explore the color energy across our teams. Each color brings something valuable to the way we communicate, collaborate, problem-solve, and support one another. Whether you lead with the detail-focused precision of Cool Blue, the goal-driven momentum of Fiery Red, the creative enthusiasm of Sunshine Yellow, the steady support of Earth Green, or a unique blend of several colors, every style helps make Arellano stronger.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing some fun highlights, team trends, and analysis about what these results tell us. The more we understand how each other works best, the better we can collaborate, support one another, and continue building a well-rounded, super-powered Arellano team.
Fiery Red

Earth Green

Preparing for NetSuite:
Our Move to One Integrated System
We are making great progress toward the launch of NetSuite! Our new integrated system that will replace BQE Core and our QuickBooks Pro accounting system. In addition, it will use our Rippling and Ramp data in the background. Data migration is happening now, with a target launch date of August 1!
As part of this transition, staff trainings will begin in July to help everyone get familiar with the new system and feel prepared before launch. More details on training dates, topics, and expectations will be shared soon. Thank you in advance for your participation and support as we take this important step toward streamlining our internal billing and financial systems!
